Nebula hires new CEO

Nebula, the open-source cloud computing part of OpenStack project has hired Gordon Stitt to be become its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Stitt comes from Extreme Networks, where he was CEO and co-founder. Nebula’s previous CEO, Chris Kemp, who is also founder of the company, remains as Chief Strategy officer and director.

Gordon Stitt has a long experience in the technology industry, a part from founding Extreme Networks, he is also currently on the board of Barracuda Networks, and he is serving as chair of the industry advisory board for the Computer Engineering department at Santa Clara University.
