OnLive founder Steve Perlman leaves company, investor Gary Lauder is the new Chairman

Only last week we received the news about OnLive firing all of its employees and selling its assets to a new company.
Apparently the instant-action cloud computing company is going through a lot of changes these days.
Today we received another press release from Jane Anderson, OnLive PR, announcing that OnLive Investor Gary Lauder becomes Chairman of the On-demand Cloud Services Company and former head of OnLive operations Charlie Jablonski becomes OnLive’s COO and acting CEO.
OnLive, to face financial problems, had to be acquired by Lauder Partners Affiliate, a company of investors interested in various realms of the technology field and Gary Lauder is their Managing Director, and from today the lead investor is also leader of the acquired company.
At the same time, Steve Perlman, OnLive founder who was supposed to stay, instead leaves the company and Charlie Jabloski, former Vice President of OnLive operations takes his place.
We guess there will be still a lot of talking about OnLive as they are facing many internal changes and challanges ahead.
Best of luck to the old and new management.
