Today, November 14, Skytap has released an update to its AutoNetworks™ technology adding a multi-virtual private network (Multi-VPN) capability.
The company is rapidly growing in cloud computing, in August introduced virtual private PaaS; new hybrid cloud capabilities for VMware environments and today is offering the possibility to its customers to create multiple two-way secure connections with multi-VPN capability, they would be able co connect a single Skytap environment to multiple geographically distributed on-premise endpoints. The new Australian region is joining Singapore and Tokyo and would be available for multiple services including Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2).
