RiverMeadow Software, founded on October 2009, announced to have raised a $12 millios Series B fundings that will allow to continue the investment to the growth of the company and the deployments of their product RiverMeados Cloud Migration Saas.
RiverMeadow delivers a SaaS solution for rapid cloud migration that allows to automate the process of moving physical, virtual and cloud based servers into public, private and hybrid cloud environments. The Series B funding was led by Cisco, Violin Memory and others. Cisco is supposed to use RiverMeadow Cloud Migration SaaS in itsCloud On-Boarding Service offerings.
