New Citrix acquisition: Beetil

On September 10 Citrix announced to have acquired Beetil, a small cloud-based service desk technology provider based in Wellington, New Zealand, specialized in designing secure cloud-based solutions that would permit its customers to work anywhere using GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, GoToMyPC, Podio and Sharefile.
Citrix’s aim of the acquisition is to gain service desk management with GoToAssist with Beetil software, in order to be hable to give remote support and monitoring.
