Racemi raises $10 million in Series C funding

Racemi, an American company headquartered in Atlanta, founded in 2000,  provides server workload migrations between dissimilar physical, virtual, and cloud platforms announced to have raised $10 million in Series C funding led by Milestone Venture Partners, along with existing investors Harbert Venture Partners, and Paladin Capital Group.

Racemi already closed a $7 million Series B funding in July 2012.

This new funding will be invested to furtherly scale the Racemi sales, services and engineering to improve its cloud migration software and to develop its process of migrating workload to public, private and hybrid clouds.
